At Licensed Coffee we serve three filter methods. Each produces a different cup. There is no "best" — it depends on what you are looking for.

V60: The Japanese classic. Hand-brewed, one cup at a time. Clean, bright cup that highlights acidic and floral notes. Ideal for African-origin coffees with fruity profiles. Our most artisan method — we prepare it right in front of you. ~3 minutes.

Batch Brew: Filter coffee brewed in batches with the same quality beans as the V60. Consistent, balanced cup, ready on the spot. Perfect if you want a filter without the wait or if it is your first time with specialty coffee. The most straightforward option on our menu.

Cold Brew: Coffee extracted cold over hours. No acidity, silky body, chocolate and caramel notes. We serve it straight or over ice. Ideal when it is warm outside or when you want something different from a classic espresso.
